This incredible 3,300 sq ft home is located just steps from private ocean beach and an easy walk to the town of Montauk.  This house boosts a spectacular ocean view and 2,500 sp ft of decking including a roof deck! 

The upper level consists of a large airy living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights and fireplace.  Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area which seats 8, bar with stools and wrap around deck on 3 sides equipped with table, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ.  The master bedroom includes a fireplace, ocean view and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower.  The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom.

The main level features a family room with a large screen TV and pull out queen sofa bed as well as 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, another has a hollywood bed which can be used as 2 twins or a king and the last has bunk beds and a captain’s bed.  All bed rooms except the bunk bed room have sliding doors out to decks.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable HDTV, DVD, Stereo, private outdoor shower, one car garage and washer and dryer.

Everything is included except towels and linens.
