There is a 1,000 sp ft deck which wraps around the front and side of the house.

The lower level has a family room with a pull out queen sofa, and a hollywood bed.  There are 2 bedrooms one with bunk beds and a single and the other sleeps 2.  A full bathroom and laundry room complete the lower level.

The house has Wi-Fi, 3 HDTV’s with cable, VCRs and DVD players and an outdoor shower.
